Option 1: Our website has an “Upload File” form conveniently located under the top menu on the right-hand side of every page.
Option 2: You may also email your file as an attachment to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
Option 3: If you have very large files or multiple files to send and prefer using Dropbox, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call to tell us where you would like us to send a Dropbox request. (In order to protect the privacy of our clients and their data, we do not use a generic Dropbox account)
