A. Printing and processing costs for mailings vary based on quantity, as well as whether the item is a post card or brochure, or envelope, as well as how many folds, sides, or how many pieces are being stuffed into an envelope. Q. How much is postage?

A. Postage prices vary based on the size, weight and content of each piece and the destination addresses in the mailing list you provide to us. The price can also vary based on whether you want it to be mailed at the presorted standard rate or the presorted first class rate.

Q. What format does my mailing list need to be in?

A. We can accept multiple formats, but prefer Excel or CVS files. We require one final list sent to us in one tab, with name, address, city, state, zip code and any other information separate in their own columns.

Q. Do you provide mailing lists?

A. No. You can acquire your political mailing lists at your city or town hall and email them to us. We can then process all mailing lists provided to us and ensure they are certified by the United States Postal Service.

Q. What is National Change of Address?

A. The United State Postal Service's National Change of Address corrects bad addresses that may be within your list. NCOA costs $95 to run on your list. If you choose not to use NCOA for a bulk mailing, your piece must say (per USPS rules) “Or Current Resident” under the intended recipient’s name in the address block.

Q. How should my list data be formatted?

A. The columns should be as follows: First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip.
OR: Full/Household Name, Address, City, State, Zip

A. Yes, as long as the first and last names are in separate columns, and all data is formatted the same.

Q. Can Connolly Printing use our artwork in their advertisements?

A. Our address is 17B Gill Street, Woburn, MA. Please pull your car to the side pickup door and walk in the front door to pay and alert us that you are here to pickup. We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit.
